Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.

This includes:

  • Deciding you no longer want the item
  • Ordering the wrong size, style, or colour
  • Finding the product cheaper elsewhere

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is damaged during transit
  • Is not as described
  • Is different from what was ordered

This is in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or faulty.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility.


Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Returns without approval will not be accepted

Return shipping instructions will be provided after assessment.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Warranty Coverage

Most Studio Designs products include a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–2 years depending on the product).

Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical faults under normal use

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Wear and tear
  • Water damage due to incorrect installation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Items altered or used beyond normal inspection
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
